Minutes--July 18, 1994 1229 <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />PERMITS FOR RAFFLE, St. Benedict's Church; Four Corners Wildlife Club; <br />Absaraka Homemakers Club MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve <br /> raffle permits for the following: 1) St. Benedict's Church <br /> at Horace on the date of September 18, 1994; 2) Four <br /> Corners Wildlife Club at Embden Senior Center on the date <br /> of November 28, 1994; and 3) Absaraka Homemakers Club at <br /> Hunter School on the date of October 29, 1994. On roll <br /> call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PERMIT FOR BINGO, Chaffee Centennial Committee MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve bingo <br /> permit for Chaffee Centennial Committee at Chaffee Public <br /> School on the date of July 9, 1994 (verbal approval of <br /> Commission on June 23, 1994). On roll call vote, motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> <br />SOCIAL SERVICES, Out-of-state travel MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve out- <br /> of-state travel for Social Service employees as follows: <br /> 1) Paula Morlock to National Eligibility Workers Conference <br /> in Milwaukee, WI August 22-26, 1994; 2) Leslie Johnson for <br /> staffing for foster child in St. Cloud, MN June 13, 1994; <br /> 3) Cathy Meyer to National Eligibility Workers Conference <br /> in Milwaukee, WI August 23 and 24, 1994; and 4) Beth <br /> Desotel to Duluth, MN on July 13, 1994, for placement of a <br /> child in a residential treatment program. On roll call <br /> vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />SHERIFF DEPARTMENT, Out-of-state travel MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve out- <br /> of-state travel for Juvenile Officers Mike Goldade and <br /> James Grimley to attend the second annual Heartland <br /> Juvenile Detention/Corrections Training Institute in <br /> Lincoln, NE on August 14-17, 1994. On roll call vote, <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />TAX DIRECTOR, Out-of-state travel MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve out- <br /> of-state travel for Frank Klein, Director of Equalization, <br /> to attend the ,.Introduction to Courtroom Testimony" seminar <br /> in St. Cloud, MN on July 25-26, 1994.
