The owner is in agreement with the valuation recommended <br />by Mr. Klein. <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. wieland moved and Mr. Ness seconded that the commercial <br /> structure located in the S~ of Section 20-142-52 be <br /> assessed at ~34,000 true and full value. On roll call <br /> vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />In closing, Mr. Klein asked if there was anyone present concerning <br />equalization of townships, and no one asked to speak at this time. <br /> <br />There being no further business, the 1994 Cass County Board of Tax <br />Equalization was adjourned at 4:15 PM on motion by Mrs. Toussaint and <br />seconded by Mr. Wieland. The motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />JUVENILE JUSTICE CENTER ADDITION, Change order process established <br />In order to facilitate the construction process about to begin at the <br />Juvenile Justice Center, Bonnie Johnson suggested that the County <br />Commission establish a monetary threshold regarding change orders <br />requiring Commission action. She also suggested establishing a <br />committee to review all change order requests from the architect, and <br />she said Kathy Hogan asked to be a part of that committee in addition <br />to the people suggested in her memo of May 24, 1994. MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to establish <br /> a county committee of Auditor Mike MontDlaisir, County <br /> Engineer Keith Berndt, County Coordinator Bonnie Johnson, <br /> Social Services Director Kathy Hogan, and Building and <br /> Grounds Portfolio Commissioner Bernie Ness to review all <br /> change order requests from the architect and to allow <br /> <br /> <br />
