On roll call <br /> vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />VACATING SECTION LINE ROAD, Arthur Township, NE~ and NW~ Section 1 <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve <br /> vacating section line road in NE~ of Section 2 and NW~ of <br /> Section i in Arthur Township, per request of MinnKota Power <br /> Cooperative, Inc. and petition signed by Arthur Township <br /> Board of Supervisors. A hearing was held by the Cass <br /> County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on <br /> March 3, 1994, at which time the Planning Commission <br /> recommended said approval. On roll call vote, motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> <br />BID ACCEPTED, Election supplies MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to accept the <br /> recommendation of County Auditor Michael Montplaisir to <br /> award bid of Knight Printing Company for election supplies. <br /> On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />LOST INSTRUMENT BOND, Duplicate checks issued <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to receive <br /> and file Indemnity Bond on Lost Instruments for Mark S. <br /> Mischke and Timothy M. Nowatski; and authorize the County <br /> Auditor to issue duplicate checks. On roll call vote, <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />CONTRACT APPROVAL, Board of prisoners; bridge replacement <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to authorize <br /> the chairman to sign the following contracts submitted by <br /> respective department heads and portfolio commissioner, and <br /> as approved by the State's Attorney: City of Kindred and <br /> U.S. Border Patrol for board of prisoners.
