Comm. Minutes--March 7, 1994 1172 10. 11. 12. 13. SITE AUTHORIZATION PERMIT, Veterans Club~ Inc. MOTION, passed Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. wieland seconded to grant site authorization permit for Veterans Club, Inc. to conduct games of chance at the Bronco Bar, Chaffee, North Dakota, under license issued by North Dakota Attorney General's Office for the period of March 7 through June 30, 1994. Motion carried unanimously. SOCIAL SERVICES, Out-of-state travel approved MOTION, passed Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve out-of-state travel for Leslie Johnson, Social Services employee, on February 22, 1994, to Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT, Out-of-state travel approved MOTION, passed Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve out-of-state travel for Patty Wasmuth, Sheriff Department, on July 10-16, 1994, to Orlando, Florida, to attend the National D.A.R.E. Officers Convention. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. SOCIAL SERVICES BUILDING FUND, Transfer authorized MOTION, passed Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to authorize transfer of ~250,000 from the General Fund to the Social Services Building Fund. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. PERSONNEL OVERVIEW COMMITTEE, Ratify actions of February 7, 1994 MOTION, passed Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to ratify Personnel Overview Committee actions of February 7, 1994, approving the following changes in the personnel policy manual: 1) add Section 2.70, Microcomputer/Minicomputer Policies and Usage; 2) amend Sections 4.30, 6.00 and 7.00 as distributed by the Personnel Office. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. DATA PROCESSING, Surplus computer equipment disposal MOTION, passed Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to allow the Data Processing Department to dispose of surplus computer equipment according to Commission Policy Manual Section 14.81, Sale of Used Computer Equipment. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. COMMISSION POLICY MANUAL, Section 4.00~ School Reorganization Board MOTION, passed Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to amend Commission Policy Manual Section 4.00, Advisory Boards, by filling vacancies on the Cass County School Reorganization Board as follows: appoint Douglas Stoelting from Commission District #1 and appoint James A. "Jim" Berg from Commission District #2. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously.
