Arland Rasmussen to attend the <br /> Mid-States Organized Crime Information Center quarterly <br /> meetings during 1994. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve <br />out-of-state travel for Deputy Tony Krogh to attend two <br />technical schools, one commencing February 28, 1994 and one <br />March 27, 1994. On roll call vote, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE/RANSOM COUNTY, Memorandum of understanding <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to enter <br /> Memorandum of Understanding for Emergency Assistance with <br /> Ransom County and continue to support future agreements <br /> with the remaining surrounding counties, specifically <br /> Traill and Steele Counties· On roll call vote, motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> <br />JAIL POLICY MANUAL, Approved as revised for 1994 <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve <br /> the Cass County Jail Policy Manual as revised for 1994. On <br /> roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />ELMWOOD ADDITION, Final plat approved; authorize Chairman to sign <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Wieland seconded that the Cass <br /> County Board of Commissioners grant final plat approval to <br /> Elmwood Addition in the East ~ of Section 7, Township 140, <br /> Range 49, in Cass County, North Dakota, and authorize the <br /> commission chairman to sign the plat. On roll call vote, <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />NORTH DAKOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, Maintenance agreement/ <br />right-of-way certificate for county road at Mapleton MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to authorize <br /> commission chairman to sign construction and maintenance <br /> agreement and right-of-way certificate with the North <br /> Dakota Department of Transportation for county road from <br /> Interstate-94 at Mapleton north· On roll call vote, motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> <br />SOCIAL SERVICES, Out-of-state travel approved MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve <br /> out-of-state travel for Social Services Director Kathy <br /> Hogan to attend the Region VIII, Family Preservation <br /> Conference, in Denver on March 2-6, 1994; all travel and <br /> <br /> <br />
