On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />COMMISSION POLICY MANUAL AMENDED, Section 4.00, advisory board <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mri Wieland seconded to amend Commission <br /> Policy Manual, Section 4.00, appointing Robert Knecht to <br /> the City of Alice Planning and Zoning Commission from the <br /> extra-territorial area, for a term to expire July 1, 1998. <br /> On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />FAIR DELEGATE, Commissioner Eckert to represent Cass County <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to appoint Don <br /> Eckert as Cass County Commission State Fair delegate for <br /> 1993. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />CONTRACT APPROVAL, Border States Paving; Amendment to County Planning <br />Contract to provide 911 support services; Blue Cross/Blue Shield of <br />North Dakota self-funded renewal agreement MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve contract <br /> with Border States Paving in the amount of ~172,842 for <br /> County Road 19 underpass project in West Fargo, as reviewed <br /> by the State's Attorney and signed by respective department <br /> head and portfolio commissioner; and authorize the chairman <br /> to sign. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Ness moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve <br />amendment to County Planning contract to provide 911 <br />support services, as reviewed by the State's Attorney and <br />signed by respective department head; and authorize the <br />chairman to sign.
