Minutes--November 2, 1992 947 <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Risher moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve final <br />plat of Casselton Great Plains First Subdivision; and to <br />authorize the Chairman to sign the final plat. On roll <br />call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />PLAT APPROVAL, US West NewVector Group, Inc., Argusville Subdivision <br />Chairman Wieland opened the public hearing at this time on the final <br />plat of U.S. West NewVector Group, Inc., Argusville Subdivision <br />located in the NW~ of Section 11, Berlin Township. No one asked to <br />address the Commission on this issue. The Chairman closed the public <br />hearing and proceeded with recommendations of the County Planning <br />Department, according to documentation submitted with the subdivision <br />application. <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Eckert moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve <br /> final plat of the US West NewVector Group Inc., Argusville <br /> Subdivision; and allow the Chairman to sign the final plat <br /> after the plat has been reviewed by the County Planner and <br /> all other signatures are obtained. On roll call vote, <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />20. <br /> <br />SUBDIVISION APPLICATIONS, Recommendation to review fee schedule <br />County Planner Earl Haugen said Commissioner Risher asked him to <br />review the fee schedule for approval of subdivision applications, and <br />he submitted a letter dated October 21, 1992, on this matter. <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Risher moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to forward to the <br /> Cass County Planning Commission for their review and <br /> recommendation the following: <br /> <br />Changing the subdivision application fees to a base fee of <br />$300 plus an hourly rate charge for hours above 12 of <br />planner time plus publication costs and mileage <br />reimbursement for simple subdivisions and a base fee of <br />$600 plus an hourly rate charge for hours above 24 of <br />planner time plus publication costs and mileage <br />reimbursement for all other subdivisions. <br /> <br />Amending the regulations to require payment of the base <br />application fee at the time of application for all <br />subdivisions with any charges above the base being payable <br />at the time of the final action meeting of the Board of <br />Commissioners. <br /> <br />Charging a base application fee of $100 plus mileage <br />reimbursement for Auditor's Lot plats. <br /> <br />On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />21. <br /> <br />COURTHOUSE SECURITY POLICIES MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Shannon moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to affirm and <br /> adopt the courthouse security policies as established by <br /> the Courthouse Security Committee.
