On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />LEGISLATIVE MEETING, Modifications <br />Since some Cass County Commissioners received complaints from Cass <br />County legislators regarding the county's intentions to publish <br />results of a questionnaire, Commissioners agreed not to publish the <br />results as previously approved since the objective was to help educate <br />legislators and not cause them to be upset. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />SALARY ADMINISTRATION PLAN FOR 1993, Personnel Overview Committee <br />recommendation ratified MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Shannon moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to authorize <br /> $1,500 - $2,000 to have John Coskey of Ernst & Young meet <br /> with the Personnel Overview Committee for a training <br /> session on mid-course adjustments in an effort to finalize <br /> a 1993 salary administration plan. On roll call vote, <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />SOCIAL SERVICES BOARD, Actions ratified MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Shannon moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve <br /> 1993 sponsorship recommendations as presented at the Social <br /> Services Board meeting held on November 2nd. On roll call <br /> vote, motion carried unanimously <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Shannon moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve <br /> the guidelines for disbursement of Wrap Around Funding as <br /> presented at the Social Services Board meeting held on <br /> November 2nd. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />U.S. WEST COMMUNICATIONS; STEVE MONILAWS, Utility permits approved <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Shannon moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve <br /> utility permit for U.S. West Communications to place an <br /> underground cable in Gardner Township, as outlined by <br /> County Road Engineer Keith Berndt. On roll call vote, <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Shannon moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve <br /> utility permit for Steve Monilaws to place an underground <br /> water line across County Road 32 in Empire Township, as <br /> outlined by County Road Engineer Keith Berndt. On roll <br /> call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Shannon moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve <br /> utility permit for U.S. West Communications to cross County <br /> Road #9 and County Road #10 northwest of West Fargo, as <br /> outlined by County Road Engineer Keith Berndt.
