Minutes--September 8, 1992 911 <br />LOST INSTRUMENT BOND, Lisa Leclerc <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Risher moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to receive and <br /> file Indemnity Bond for Lost Instrument for Lisa Leclerc <br /> and authorize County Auditor to issue duplicate check. On <br /> roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />ROAD DEPARTMENT, Road .nd street repair disbursements/utility permits <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Risher moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve <br /> payment of road and street repair annual disbursements to <br /> the City of Mapleton for $1,332 and to the City of Horace <br /> for $1,320. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Risher moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve and <br /> authorize Chairman to sign utility permit for U.S. West <br /> Communications, Inc. to make one encroachment along Cass <br /> County Road #16, as recommended by the County Engineer. On <br /> roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Risher moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve and <br /> authorize Chairman to sign utility permit for Cass County <br /> Electric to cross County Road #6 in the northeast one- <br /> quarter of Section 16, Eldred Township, as recommended by <br /> the County Engineer. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS MAINTENANCE, Contract approval MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Risher moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to authorize <br /> the Chairman to sign contract with Honeywell for $1,720 per <br /> month for environmental systems and fire safety equipment <br /> maintenance at the Courthouse, Jail and Juvenile Center <br /> from September to December 31, 1992. On roll call vote, <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />SHERIFF DEPARTMENT, Out-of-state travel approved MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Risher moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve <br /> out-of-state travel for Deputy Budd Warren to attend a drug <br /> enforcement training seminar September 9-11, 1992, in <br /> Superior, Wisconsin. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />JOINT DISPATCH SERVICES, Intergovernmental Agreement approved <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Risher moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve the <br /> Intergovernmental Agreement for Joint Dispatch Services as <br /> recommended by the Joint Dispatch Committee who has been <br /> working on a proposal for nearly two years; and, upon <br /> review and recommendation by John Golf, Cass County State's <br /> Attorney, authorize the Chairman to sign Intergovernmental <br /> Agreement. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />ABATEMENT HEARING, American Lutheran Homes at Casselton <br />A hearing was held at this time on application for abatement and <br />settlement of taxes submitted by American Lutheran Homes for property <br />in the City of Casselton.
