Minutes--September 8, 1992 910 <br /> <br />Policy Manual: <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> <br />Add Section 7.50 to the Cass County Personnel Policy Manual <br />on the subject of on-call pay/call back. <br /> <br />Add to Section 6.00, page 2--"An eligible family member <br />does not need to reside with the employee or be financially <br />or legally dependent unless they are outside the identified <br />categories." <br /> <br />Add to Section 6.00, page 2--"Social Service Employees <br />shall follow the state merit system funeral leave policy." <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Risher moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve the <br />Ernst & Young letter of August 6, 1992, with payment adjustments <br />for the re-classifications being retroactive to July 1, 1992; <br />and further, that the four positions reviewed in the Ernst & <br />Young August 6th letter will not be subject to further review <br />or reclassification for a period of three years. On roll call <br />vote, motion carried unanimously· <br /> <br />COUNTY PARKING STUDY, Neighborhood Parking Study Committee <br />recommendations approved <br />MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Risher moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to ratify <br /> actions of the Neighborhood Parking Study Committee which <br /> met August 26, 1992, at the Cass County Courthouse; and to <br /> include approval of the "Plant Specifications" and the <br /> "County Employee/Public Parking Summary", presented to the <br /> County Space and Planning Committee on September 8, 1992. <br /> On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />INSURANCE FUND TRANSFER, From liability fund to collision trust <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Risher moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to transfer <br /> $30,000 from Liability Insurance Fund to Collision Trust <br /> Fund, according to the County Auditor's letter dated August <br /> 18, 1992. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />PERMIT FOR RAFFLE, Four Corners Wildlife Club MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Risher moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve a <br /> raffle permit for Four Corners Wildlife Club at the Embden <br /> Senior Citizens Center on November 23, 1992. On roll call <br /> vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />COURTHOUSE 4TH FLOOR REMODELING, Bid awarded to D.C. Trautman Co. <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Risher moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve the <br /> bid of D.C. Trautman Co., Inc. in the amount of $5,272.00 <br /> to remodel the 4th floor south corridor· On roll call <br /> vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />
