On roll call <br /> vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />ROAD AND STREET REPAIR, Annual disbursement to Reile's Acres <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve <br /> annual disbursement of road and street repair funds to the <br /> City of Reile's Acres in the amount of $463.00. On roll <br /> call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />NEWSCHWANDER EXCAVATING, Utility permit along County Road 6 <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to grant a <br /> utility permit to Newschwander Excavating along County Road <br /> 6 in Stanley Township. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />NORTH DAKOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, Agreements for Sheyenne <br />River structure near Horace MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to authorize <br /> the Chairman to sign resolution and bid award in the amount <br /> of $246,235.44 to Wanzek Construction for 1992 Federal Aid <br /> Project CBRS 0944(55), Sheyenne River structure near <br /> Horace. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />NORTHERN STATES POWER COMPANY, Utility permit along County Road 10 <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to grant a <br /> utility permit to Northern States Power Company along <br /> County Road 10 from Mapleton to West Fargo. On roll call <br /> vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT, Out of state travel MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve <br /> out-of-state travel for Jerry Lambertz to attend the Court <br /> Security Seminar presented by the U.S. Marshal's Service in <br /> Glynco, GA, on July 27-31, 1992. On roll call vote, motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />SOCIAL SERVICES FRAUD INVESTIGATION, Contract approval subject to <br />State's Attorney review and approval MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded that the <br /> Chairman be authorized to sign a contract with North Dakota <br /> Department of Human Services for Cass County Fraud <br /> Investigation pilot project, subject to review and approval <br /> by State's Attorney.
