Minutes--July 6, 1992 876 PERMIT FOR SPECIAL SUNDAY EVENT, Leonard Golf Club MOTION, passed Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to authorize the Leonard Golf Club to sell beer for a special event on the dates of June 28 and August 23, 1992, at the Leonard Golf Club. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. PERMIT FOR RAFFLES, Roughrider Chapter of Marine Corps League and Northern Plains Rabbit Breeders Association MOTION, passed Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve raffle permit for Roughrider Chapter, Marine Corps League on July 20, 1992, at the Red River Valley Fairgrounds· On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. MOTION, passed Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve raffle permit for Northern Plains Rabbit Breeders Association on October 17 and 18, 1992, at the Red River Valley Fairgrounds· On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. DATA PROCESSING, Telephone rate structure adopted for 1993 MOTION, passed Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to authorize the Data Processing Coordinator to establish the following telephone rate structure effective January 1, 1993: On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. 10. PERSONNEL OVERVIEW COMMITTEE ACTION RATIFIED, Rescind motion of June 1, 1992, and confirm original DBM rating for Sheriff lieutenants MOTION, passed Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to rescind the motion of June 1, 1992, adopting the Ernst & Young letter of May 14, 1992, addressing the lieutenants DBM rating; and, upon recommendation from the Sheriff, confirm the original DBM rating for the position of lieutenant at C51 with an exempt status, effective July 1, 1992. These positions are currently held by M. Argall, R. Majerus and A. Rasmussen. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously.
