Mr. Risher said about
90% of their clients live in the downtown area and probably don't
drive. He suggested looking at current joint services.

Commissioners could meet with Mr. Graham when he is in Fargo next
Monday, according to Mrs. Hogan. She will meet with the Auditor and the Space and
Planning Committee to attempt to develop a 3-5 year plan for space
needs for her department.
