Minutes--April 20, 1992 848 letter from Fargo Community Health Center requesting appointment of a Cass County Commissioner to an advisory board for a health care program for homeless people in Fargo-Moorhead; letter from F-M Area Association of Realtors regarding computer access to tax records; North Dakota Department of Transportation letters dated April 7, 8, 9 and 10, 1992, on cost participation in scour critical bridge analysis and alert priority structures requiring attention (copies referred to Road Superintendent Steve Grindberg and to Road Portfolio Commissioner, Don Eckert); information from Adair Boening, Interim Director of Regional Child Support Enforcement Unit, on installation of additional work station as budgeted and purchase of transcription machine; letter from Craig Richie regarding access to office building adjacent to county property; - City of Fargo customs activity report for January through March; Officer's Reports for Clerk of District Court, County Court, Register of Deeds, Sheriff and Veterans Service Office for March, and February report of Veterans Service Office; request for comments from State Historical Society on historic preservation grant-in-aid funds from National Park Service, PUBLIC COMMENT John Wambheim, Fargo, suggested a bus route to include the downtown area and a specially-equipped bus for disabled people needing transportation to the Southeast Human Services Center, in the event the center relocates to an area other than downtown Fargo.
