<br />CASS COUNTY INTEROPERABLE RADIO PROJECT <br />STATEMENT OF WORK/ACCEPTANCE TEST PLAN <br /> <br />4.0 MOTOROLA RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />Motorola will provide Sales, Engineering and design support, staging, warranty <br />service, supply technical labor, installation labor, equipment, documentation, training, <br />and supervision required to assure that the system proposed to the owner is <br />completely installed, interfaced to the existing equipment, programmed for proper <br />operation and is completely optimized. After the installation is complete, the <br />Motorola Project Manager will verify the equipment operation by conducting a <br />functional test. An authorized representative of the Cass County Interoperable Radio <br />Project (Cass County, the owner) will witness the test as detailed in the Acceptance <br />Test Plan. <br /> <br />Motorola will supply the materials and labor to set the equipment in place, <br />connectorize, cable, interface/terminate, ground, expand the existing Central <br />Electronics Bank, and test the final assembly as a complete system. <br /> <br />Per discussions with the owner, equipment will be installed and/or work will be <br />performed at the following locations: <br /> <br />.:. Fargo Hi Rise Building <br />.:. Console Dispatch Center (Red River Regional Dispatch Center) <br />.:. 45th Street Tank <br />.:. Oakport Water Tank <br />.:. School Tank <br />.:. SW Tank <br /> <br />.:. NDSU Seim Hall <br /> <br />.:. AAT Tower <br /> <br />5.0 CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />The owner will assign a Project Lead as a single point of contact during the <br />implementation of this project as well as provide technical support and project <br />coordination management via PSC Alliance Inc. of Minneapolis, MN. The Cass <br />County Interoperable Radio Project Manager will assist with the equipment <br />acceptance test/verification and will supervise the owner's site preparations and <br />coordinate the information needed for programming, if applicable. <br /> <br />The owner will be responsible for all site prep, FCC licensing of frequencies, project <br />oversight and coordination, conversion, Motorola liaison, and acceptance.
