<br />CASS COUNTY INTEROPERABLE RADIO PROJECT <br />STATEMENT OF WORK/ACCEPTANCE TEST PLAN <br /> <br />3.0 PROJECT MANAGER <br /> <br />To directly support the Astro Conventional Simulcast system, a Motorola Project <br />Manager will be assigned to coordinate and direct the installation and project <br />implementation process. The Project Manager will have responsibility to provide <br />Motorola technical support personnel as required, to provide miscellaneous materials <br />and hardware, to verify the customer's site preparations, and to direct Motorola's <br />installation subcontractors. The Project Manager will be the customer's, single point <br />of contact during the equipment installation process for all issues concerning the new <br />equipment and its installation and optimization. <br /> <br />The Project Manager will beresponsible to: <br /> <br />.:. Develop the installation schedule <br /> <br />.:. Deliver the necessary transport circuit requirements, per site, based on <br />Engineering. Must be delivered prior to Motorola equipment delivery. <br /> <br />.:. Responsible for the oversight of the staging and pre-shipment of equipment <br /> <br />.:. Perform an equipment inventory <br /> <br />.:. Coordinate with the owner to assure the site preparations are completed R56 <br />standards <br /> <br />.:. fuspect the final installation to confirm that the final optimization and checkout <br />task are performed <br /> <br />.:. Keep the owner, Motorola, subcontractors and other project personnel appraised <br />of the project status <br /> <br />.:. Coordinate dispatch and end user operational training <br /> <br />.:. Participate in meetings as required <br /> <br />.:. Coordinate and assist with owner verification of functional testing and final <br />acceptance <br /> <br />.:. Deliver as-built documentation <br /> <br />.
