PERMIT FOR SPECIAL EVENT, Approved for Old Broadway of Far~o <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Eckert moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve the <br />Special Alcoholic Beverage Permit for the Old Broadway to <br />be held Saturday, October 12, 1991, at the Red River Valley <br />Fairgrounds in West Fargo. On roll call vote, motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />8. PERMIT FOR RAFFLE, Approved for Vikin~ Booster Club <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Eckert moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve <br />raffle permit for Viking Booster Club to be held at the <br />Kindred School on November 26, 1991; December 5, 12, and <br />19, 1991; January 3, 6, 17, 21, and 28, 1992; and February <br />4, 11, and 18, 1992. On roll call vote, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />9. UTILITY PERMITS, Approved for Cass County Electric. U.S. West <br />Communications. Moore En~ineerin~ <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Eckert moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve the <br />following utility permits: Cass County Electric to place <br />a buried cable on County Road 17 at Horace; Cass County <br />Electric to build a three-phase overhead power line along <br />the west right-of-way of County Highway 81; U. S. West <br />Communications to place a buried cable at Sections 29-32 on <br />County Road 10 at Casselton; and for Moore Engineering to <br />install a 3" water line under County Road 81 at Grandin. On <br />roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />10. JAIL, ROAD DEPARTMENT, SOCIAL SERVICES, Out of state travel approved <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Eckert moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve out <br />of state travel for Sgt. Michelle Boucher, Corrections <br />Division, to attend a seminar on background investigations <br />in St. Paul, MN, on November 5-7, 1991. On roll call vote, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Eckert moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve out <br />of state travel for County Engineer Don Richards to attend <br />the 1991 County Road Advisors Conference at Rapid City, SD, <br />on October 22-24, 1991. On roll call vote, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Eckert moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve <br />emergency out of state travel for Social Services employee <br />Tammy Anderson to transport children from Alabama.
