<br />WHEREAS, the Municipal Airport Authority of the City of Fargo will be acting as the <br /> <br />coordinator for this project and will pay the initial costs of the sanle thereafter seeking <br /> <br />reimbursement from the other participants; and <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, the parties wish to set forth in this agreement the dollar amount of each <br /> <br />parties responsibility; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed by and between the parties as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />1. Responsibilities. The parties agree that MAA will be the coordinator for this <br /> <br />project and will arrange for construction of the same utilizing plans generated by the City of <br /> <br />Fargo. Parties agree that MAA will be coordinating construction of the project through its <br /> <br />contractor Shafer Contracting Company, Inc., and that the project will be done under a change <br /> <br />order. The parties agree that this is an agreeable and cost effective method of arranging <br /> <br />construction of this needed project. <br /> <br />') Cost Participation. The parties agree to contribute funds for the 32nd Avenue <br /> <br />North Paving Project in the following amounts and/or percentages: <br />a. Beth El- $10,000.00 <br />b. Fargo Hebrew - $10,000.00 <br />c. Holy Cross - $35,000.00 <br />d. Cass County - $30,000.00 <br />e. City - 50 percent of the balance of project <br />f. MAA - 50 percent of the balance of project <br />The intent of the foregoing is that the specific dollar amount shall be a fixed participation in the <br />cost while the percentages will pay the balance of the cost of said project. <br /> <br />2 <br />
