<br />3. Description of Proiect. The general description of the project is 32nd Avenue <br /> <br />North extending West from University Drive to a point slightly West of the West entrance to <br /> <br />Holy Cross Cemetery. <br /> <br />4. Payment Procedure. MAA will initially pay its contractor pursuant to payment <br /> <br />obligations under its contract as amended by the change order which will be generated between <br /> <br />itself and Shafer Contracting. The other parties to this agreement will contribute their dollar or <br /> <br />percentage contribution within 30 days of billing to them by MAA. <br /> <br />). Miscellaneous. The parties agree that this agreement shall commemorate each <br /> <br />party's contribution to the 32nd Avenue North Paving Project.
