Minutes--April 15, 1991 652 <br /> <br />PERMITS FOR RAFFLE, Bonanza Belles, Embden St. John's Lutheran <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Risher seconded to approve <br /> raffle permits for Bonanza Belles on August 18, 1991 to be <br /> held at the Bonanzaville Museum in West Fargo; and for <br /> Embden St. John's Lutheran Youth Organization on June 2, <br /> 1991 to be held in Embden. On roll call vote, motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> <br />SALE OF TAX-FORFEITED LOT, Tower City <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Risher seconded to authorize <br /> the sale of the south one-half of Lot 2 and all of Lots 3 <br /> and 4, Block 6, Original, Tower City to Lawrence and <br /> Shirley Richman; and authorize the Chairman and the County <br /> Auditor to sign the county deed. On roll call vote, motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> <br />BEER LICENSE RENEWAL FOR 1991, Leonard Golf Club <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Risher seconded to renew a <br /> county beer license for Leonard Golf Club for 1991. On <br /> roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />BLUE CROSS-BLUE SHIELD MASTER CONTRACT, 1991 renewal <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Risher seconded to authorize <br /> the Chairman to sign the 1991 Blue Cross-Blue Shield master <br /> contract as reviewed by the Department of Human Resources <br /> and the States Attorney. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />UTILITY PERMITS, U.S. West Communications and Cenex pipeline <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Risher seconded to approve a <br /> utility permit for US West to cross County Road 15 between <br /> Sections 32 and 33, Mapleton Township, and to approve 10 <br /> utility permits for Cenex Pipeline Company to cross county <br /> roads in Cass County between the Barnes County line west of <br /> Page and West Fargo. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />DISASTER EMERGENCY SERVICES, Natural and nuclear disaster plans <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Risher seconded to authorize <br /> the Chairman to sign resolutions approving natural and <br /> nuclear disaster plans as reviewed by Commissioners Eckert <br /> and Wieland. On roll call vote, the motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />SHERIFF DEPARTMENT, Out of state travel approved MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Risher seconded to approve out <br /> of state travel for Deputy Carlos Perez to attend a <br /> training school in Longmont, Colorado May 6-10, 1991, <br /> according to request dated April 8, 1991.
