On roll call <br /> vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Upon the recommendation of Frank Klein, Director of <br />Equalization, Mr. Eckert and Mrs. Toussaint seconded that <br />abatement numbers 3948 and 3949 be adjusted to $8,800 and <br />that abatement number 3950 be adjusted to $4,800 True and <br />Full Value. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />CDBG HEARING, Dak-Tech, Inc. <br />Tracey Anderson, Lake Agassiz Regional Council, requested time on the <br />agenda for a public hearing on the application of Dak-Tech, Inc. for <br />Community Development Loan Funds in the amount of $300,000 for <br />equipment purchases. The Chairman opened the hearing for public <br />comment and hearing none, closed the public hearing. Ms. Anderson <br />said copies of the business plan will now be sent to the Office of <br />Intergovernmental Assistance in Bismarck. <br /> <br />CDBG HEARING NOTICES, Size of advertisement discussed <br />For future CDBG public comment hearings, Tracey Anderson asked if the <br />County Commission wants Lake Agassiz Regional Council to publish a <br />larger advertisement than they have been publishing in the classified <br />ads public notice section in The Forum.
