He proposed a compensation agreement commencing January 1,
1991, setting his salary at $39,690 for the year 1991 without regard
to the annual proceeds from the sale of North Dakota game and fish
licenses, which will be deposited into the general fund of Cass
County.
MOTION, passed
Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Risher seconded to authorize
the Chairman to sign a compensation agreement with County
Auditor Michael Montplaisir adjusting his salary to $39,690
for the year 1991.
