Minutes--December 18, 1990 581 <br /> <br />MOTION, carried <br />Mr. Sondrall moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to transfer any <br />remaining balance of the Advertising levy to the General <br />Fund and to credit all future delinquent tax collection <br />from this discontinued levy to the General Fund <br />(approximately $9,000). On roll call vote, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Sondrall moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to transfer the <br />remaining balance of the Drain Board Fund of $3,840.31 to <br />the four Water Resource Districts based upon the relative <br />taxable value of each district. (There will be no future <br />tax collections for this fund.) On roll call vote, motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Sondrall moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to transfer the <br />balance of the County Road 31 Fund of $2,703.48 to the <br />County Road Fund. On roll call vote, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Sondrall moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve a <br />budget of $20,000 for the Drug Restitution Fund for 1990, <br />with the provision that none of the funds for this budget <br />are to be tax dollars· On roll call vote, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />BEER AND LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWALS FOR 1991 <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Sondrall moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to renew county <br /> beer and liquor licenses for 1991 for the following <br /> establishments located in Cass County: Lambert & Jeanne <br /> Hersch, Club 94, Casselton; Hickson Bar & Lounge, Hickson; <br /> Clinton Kopp, Shamrock Bar, Casselton; Richard and LaVonne <br /> Schroeder, Bronco Bar, Chaffee; Windbreak, Inc., Fargo; <br /> Willard Desotel, Wild Rice Bar, Horace ND; Roger J. Morris, <br /> Morris Service, Leonard ND; and Red River Valley Fair <br /> Association, West Fargo ND. On roll call vote, motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> <br />COUNTY COURT JURORS/WITNESS FEES, Transferred from Contingency Fund <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Sondrall moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to transfer <br /> $5,000 budget authority from the Contingency line item to <br /> the County Court budget for Juror and Witness expenses. On <br /> roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />SOCIAL SERVICE BOARD ACTIONS OF 12-4-90 RATIFIED, General assistance <br />policy adoption, eligibility position, and overtime compensation <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Sondrall moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to adopt the <br /> General Assistance Policy as amended and referred to the <br /> Cass County Commission and States Attorney.
