MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Hr. Sondrall seconded to appoint <br /> Commissioners Toussaint and Wieland, Bonnie Johnson, <br /> Sheriff Rudnick (or designate) and Scott Kildahl as Cass <br /> County's representatives to explore dispatch coordination <br /> with a similar committee representing the City of Fargo. <br /> On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />BONANZAVILLE BLUE RIBBON PANEL REPORT/RED RIVER VALLEY FAIRGROUNDS, <br />Consultant and county coordinator to review corrective actions <br />Five copies of Bonanzaville's blue ribbon panel report were delivered <br />to the Courthouse for each member of the Commission. MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to designate <br /> the consultant and county coordinator as commission <br /> representatives to review the blue ribbon panel report and <br /> investigate complex relationships which exist between the <br /> County, Red River Valley Fair Association, and Cass County <br /> Historical Society; and to monitor suggested corrective <br /> activities. Before recommendations are made, they are to <br /> be preceded by in-depth interviews with each of the Cass <br /> County Commissioners. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />PLAT OF PROSPER SUBSTATION SUBDIVISION, Public hearing, plat approved <br />County Planner Earl Haugen said no sewer and water and no new roads <br />are involved in this plat. MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded that the Cass <br /> County Board of Commissioners approve granting a variance <br /> to allow the Prosper Substation Subdivision to be processed <br /> as a "one lot residential" subdivision, as recommended by <br /> the Cass County Planning Commission; to hold a public <br /> hearing, and to approve and authorize the Chairman to sign <br /> the final plat of the Prosper Substation Subdivision with <br /> condition that a refinement agreement of the Williams <br /> Brothers Pipe Line easement is made. The Chairman asked <br /> for comments from the public. Hearing none, the roll was <br /> called and motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PLAT OF NORTH RIDGE SUBDIVISION, Final plat approved <br />Earl Haugen said the County Planning Commission held a public hearing <br />on this plat and approved it with certain conditions, which have now <br />been met. A disclaimer was included on the mylar saying Cass County <br />does not assume or accept responsibility for maintenance or ownership <br />of any road depicted on this plat. Mr. Shannon said the Commission <br />adopted a motion in mid-May of this year whereby language is to be <br />incorporated on all plats concerning roads and sewer systems in that <br />particular subdivision. Mr. Haugen said he incorporated the language <br />for roads on the plat, but not for sewers. Environmental Healt.h did <br />provide him with a copy of the percolation test. <br /> <br /> <br />
