Commission Minutes--November 7,2005 3001 Information was provided to the county auditor from Chad Peterson, Chairman of the Cass County Park Board, on State grant funds in the amount of $7,500 for upgrading roads at the Brewer Lake campground. The commission was in agreement to have the auditor send a letter to the State Game and Fish Department requesting a deferral of grant funds so the road project can be done next year. Mrs. Sorum said the well drilling company she contacted about the water situation at Brewer Lake did not have time this fall to look into it and prepare a proposal. Mr. Montplaisir said the Park Board needs to resolve the water situation at Brewer Lake early next spring. Mr. Vanyo attended a Governor's Health Care Summit in Bismarck regarding health care access and how to address the problem of uninsured people in the community. 23. CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed MOTION, passed Mrs. Sorum moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to receive and file correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motion carried. Notice of annual fall meeting of the Township Officers' Association to be held November 17,2005, at 7:30 PM in the Casselton City Hall Auditorium, Casselton, North Dakota; North Dakota East Central Judicial District Court letter to commissioners regarding court space needs and requesting to work with the county in planning of future facility enhancements; Fargo Engineering Department notice of two shared-use path improvement projects in the city and request for any comments to be submitted by November 30, 2005; Notice of administrative hearing for a proposed annexation to City of West Fargo, to be held December 6, 2005, at 9:00 AM in the City Commission Room, City Hall, West Fargo, North Dakota. 24.
