County of Cass, and have <br />certified that such claims are properly payable by the said County, and that the said <br />County Auditor has verified such claims to be paid and has satisfied himself that such <br />bills and claims are proper charges against the"County of Cass; <br /> <br />NOVV, THEREFORE, De it resoJved by the County Commissioners of the County <br />of Cass, North Dakota, that the follow1Dg biHs and daims be and thereby are, ordered <br />but paid out of the followln',g funds; <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be, and hereby is <br />authorized and directed to draw warrants for ule above claims from the respective funds <br />as herein-indicated, and that the County J~uditor be, and he hereby is, authorized to <br />execute and deUver such warrants. <br /> <br />.
