Minutes--May 15, 1990 465 <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />Concerning subdivisions in general, Mr. Shannon suggested approving <br />them with the following amendments: that the Community Health <br />Department file the results of percolation tests or soils tests arid <br />a copy of sewer permits with the County Planner to be added to eac, h <br />subdivision file; that the County Planner and States Attorney draft <br />an agreement requiring residences to hook up to an approved community <br />collection system if one is within a definable range; and while the <br />County definitely has no responsibility for the roads, that a clear <br />statement be established for road responsibility in each subdivision. <br /> <br />States Attorney Robert Hoy said it's clear that the county has no <br />responsibility for roads in subdivisions, but the townships' <br />responsibility is unclear. Ear] Haugen said the Planning Commission <br />is askin9 an ad hoc committee to outline subdivision responsibilities <br />on roads, and their recommendations will be incorporated into the <br />subdivision regulations. <br /> <br />Hearing no comments from the public or Commissioners, the Chairman <br />closed the public hearing on Ponderosa Subdivision. <br /> <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing on Kyllo Subdivision. Hearing <br />no comments, he closed the public hearing on Kyllo Subdivision. <br /> <br />There were no objections to incorporating Mr. Shannon's suggestions <br />on roads, the permitting system and hooking up to the sewer' <br />separation when it is adjacent to a subdivision. NOT~ON, passed <br /> Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to approve the <br /> final plats of Ponderosa Second and Kyllo Subdivision with <br /> the adoption of amendments introduced by the Chairman. On <br /> roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PLAT OF ROSE CREEK GOLF COURSE ADDITION, Chairman authorized to s~g!! <br /> NOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to allow the <br /> Chairman to sign the final plat of Rose Creek Golf Course <br /> Addition to the City of Fargo. On roll call vote, the <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PLAT OF COUNTRY MEADOWS SUBDIVISION, ABproved <br /> HOTION, passed <br /> Hr. Wieland moved and Hrs. Toussaint seconded to grant <br /> approval of the final plat of Country Meadows Subdivision <br /> with the condition that the applicants coordinate the <br /> installation of culverts with the Southeast Cass Water <br /> Resource District and subject to the previous amendment:s. <br /> On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimous'ly. <br /> <br />JAIL AND JUVENILE CENTER POLICY MANUALS, _ABQ_r_o_v._a.l_._given <br />Sheriff Don Rudnick requested r-e-authorization of Jail and <br />Center policy manuals.
