Comm. Minutes--May 15, 1990 463 <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />ELECTION INSPECTORS, APProved for rural precincts MOTZON, passed <br /> Hrs. Toussaint moved and Hr. Eckert seconded to approve the <br /> inspectors appointed outside city limits for the Primary <br /> Election on June 12, 1990, according to a letter from the <br /> County Auditor dated May 7, 1990. On roll call vote, the <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />ROAD CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE, Bri~ge__southeast of Alice <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded that the <br /> Chairman be authorized to sign the following documents with <br /> the State Highway Department for the Maple River bridge <br /> project seven miles east and five miles south of Alice: <br /> resolution to authorize agreement for construction and <br /> maintenance of a federal aid project, agreement for <br /> construction and maintenance, and right of way certificate. <br /> On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />HISTORICAL SOCIETY ANNUAL REPORT, Received and filed MOTION, passed <br /> Hrs. Toussaint moved and Hr. Eckert seconded to receive and <br /> file Cass County Historical Society's 1989 year end <br /> financial review prepared by Thomas L. E]]iott, CPA. On <br /> roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT, Out of state travel aQBEQ~gQ MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Hr. Eckert seconded to approve out <br /> of state travel for Jim Thoreson to attend a national <br /> conference May 23-26 in Salt Lake City, Utah, with expenses <br /> being paid by the North Dakota Peace Officers Standards and <br /> Training Board. On roll call vote, the motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />DATA PROCESSING DEPARTMENT, Out of State travel <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve out <br /> of state travel for Mike Steiner to attend the IBM AS\400 <br /> System Administration and Control class June 10-15, 1990, <br /> in San Francisco· The cost of the training was included <br /> in the 1990 Data Processing budget· On roll call vote, <br /> motion carried unanimously· <br /> <br />CASS COUNTY MODEL, _Update by_p__r~ect Director <br />Scott Kildahl invited Commissioner's to attend the initial <br />for all "Cass County Model" task f'orce members at 7:30 a.m., <br />Fie provided a list of' chai r per'sons, committees ass i g~m~(,~t s <br />members; and he said there are pr'esen~ ly 51 task fol <br />14F.
