On roll call vote, the <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />ROAD CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE, Bri~ge__southeast of Alice <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded that the <br /> Chairman be authorized to sign the following documents with <br /> the State Highway Department for the Maple River bridge <br /> project seven miles east and five miles south of Alice: <br /> resolution to authorize agreement for construction and <br /> maintenance of a federal aid project, agreement for <br /> construction and maintenance, and right of way certificate. <br /> On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />HISTORICAL SOCIETY ANNUAL REPORT, Received and filed MOTION, passed <br /> Hrs. Toussaint moved and Hr. Eckert seconded to receive and <br /> file Cass County Historical Society's 1989 year end <br /> financial review prepared by Thomas L. E]]iott, CPA.
