Hinutes--May 15, 1990 462 REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS NAY 15, 1990 MEETING TO ORDER Chairman Gene Shannon called the meeting to order with all members present as follows: Oscar Sondrall, Alon Wie]and, Don Eckert, Sharon "Pepper" Toussaint, and Gene St~annon. MINUTES APPROVED NOTION, passed Mr. Wieland moved and Hr. Sondrall seconded that the minutes of the previous meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS, 1990 bu~g~ NOTION, passed Mrs. Toussaint moved and Hr. Eckert seconded to transfer $34,949.96 from the General Fund to the Social Service Fund for payroll expenses involved in the Labor Audit and to transfer the budget authority to spend these funds to the Social Service Fund. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. NOTZON, passed Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to transfer $6,850.55 from the General Fund to the Social Service Fund for remodeling expenses and to transfer the budget authority to spend these funds to the Social Service Fund. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously, MOTION, passed Hrs. Toussaint moved and Hr. Eckert seconded to ad,just tt~e General Fund budget line items as follows: Personnel Dept. Salaries & Benefits $ 25,602.00 Salary Adjustment Line Item (12,171.O0) County Auditor Full-Time Salaries (7,785.00) Contingency Line Item ( Net effect of adjustments -O- On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. NOTION, passed Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve t.t~e reductions in the Social Service Budget as follows: Staff Development Home Health Aide Contingency Line Item WIN Program Crisis Intervention Spec.
