Hinutes--December 19, 1989 399 NOTZON, passed Mr. Sondrall moved and Mr. Shannon seconded to issue a permit for a special event to the Windbreak Lounge to conduct business on Sunday, December 31, 1989, and to charge a fee of $25.00 for the permit. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. NOTZON, passed Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to issue a permit for a special event to the Knickerbocker Liquor Locker to conduct business on Sunday, December 31, 1989, and to charge a fee of $25.00 for the permit. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. 20. BEER AND LIQUOR LICENSES, 1990 renewals NOTZON, passed Mr. Wieland moved and Hr. Sondrall seconded to approve applications for renewal of County beer and liquor licenses for 1990 for Lambert & Jeanne Hersch; Charlene Hestbeck; Hickson Bar and Lounge, Inc.; Clinton D. Kopp; Richard and LaVonne Schroeder; Windbreak, Inc.; and a "beer only" license for Roger J. Morris. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. 21. APPOINTHENT,,County Park Board NOTION, passed Mr. Sondrall moved and Hrs. Toussaint seconded to reappoint Wayne Kyser and Keith Monilaws to the County Park Board for one year terms to expire January 1, 1991. Motion carried. 22. APPOINTMENT, Plannin~ Commission NOTZON, passed Mr. Shannon moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to reappoint Duane Boehning, Curtis Hildahl and Fred Selberg to the County Planning Commission for four year terms to expire January 1, 1994; to reappoint Tom Garske as an advisory member for a two year term to expire January 1, 1992; and to appoint Harvey Pyle as an advisory member for an unexpired term ending January 1, 1991 to replace Joe Harbeke Jr., who resigned. Motion carried. 23. APPOINTMENT, Maple River WRD MOTION, passed Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to reappoint Joseph A. Harbeke to the Maple River Water Resource District for a three year term to expire January 1, 1993. Motion carried. 24. APPOINTHENT, Southeast Cass NRD NOTION, passed Hr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to reappoint Robert Brodshaug to the Southeast Cass Water Resource District for a three year term to expire January 1, 1993. Hotion carried. 25. APPOINTMENTS DELAYED, Rush River and North Cass WRD Hr. Wieland was concerned that there are two terms expiring at the same time on the Rush River and North Cass Water Resource Districts. He suggested asking the States Attorney if the County Commission can stagger the terms so that only one expires each year.
