Mr. Sondrall stated that he and the County's
Maintenance Supervisor are satisfied with the company's performance.

Mr. Shannon stated that he reviewed some County bills and it looks as
though the County is paying in excess of $1,500 per month for the
contract which includes four inspections of equipment per year, but
the County is billed for everything else separately, including labor.

Mr. Wieland was under the impression that the contract included the
cost of material and labor when equipment repairs are needed.

Mr. Shannon suggested that the States Attorney, Alton Johnson,
Commissioner Sondrall and himself review this contract further and
with the help of the States Attorney, advise Peterson Mechanical that
the contract is not being automatically renewed.
