106 <br /> <br /> Upon the recommendation of County Engineer Don Richards, <br />Mr. Larson moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded that the Chairman be <br />authorized to sign the amendment of project agreement on the Critical <br />Area 'Treatment RC & D Project on County Road 4 whereby the County <br />Road Department will provide the engineering inspection in lieu of <br />making payment on the cost of construction. On roll call vote, the <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded that the Chairman <br />be authorized to sign the Statement of Assurance that the County has <br />obtained the necessary right of way for the Critical Area Treatment <br />project on County Road 31 in Sections 1~ and 14, Wiser Township. Larson seconded that the Ohairman be authorized to sign the <br />utility permit for City of Fargo water services under County Road 20 <br />north of Hector Airport. Motion carried. <br /> <br /> Administrative Assistant Diana Murack was given permission to <br />attend the Fargo-Cass County Economic Development meeting at 4:00 PM <br />on August ~rd. <br /> <br /> Diana Murack stated that she has prepared a list of about ten <br />items that could be included in the 8onanzaville agreement, which <br />she is updating. Mr. Wieland will review the agreement with her <br />and prepare a draft for Commission approval. Mr. Eckert stated that <br />the agreement should include who is responsible for insurance on the <br />buildings, contents, and liability. <br /> <br /> Mr. Larson suggested holding a meeting of the Building Authority <br />in two weeks, and he will ask the States Attorney to contact Robert <br />Ehlers & Associates about providing a letter stating their position <br />on bond consultant fees for a proposed law enforcement center and <br />jail. Mr. Larson asked Diana Murack to write a letter to the City of <br />Fargo providing them with preliminary draft figures. <br /> <br /> Ooncerning a letter from States Attorney Robert Hoy dated <br />May 19, 1988, in which he enclosed an original Memorandum of <br />Understanding regarding legal services for the Southeast Cass Water <br />Resource District, the Commissioners were in agreement to forward it <br />to the Southeast Cass Water Resource District Board. <br /> <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to receive and file <br />the semi-annual Statements of Condition of Finance for the Southeast <br />Cass, North Cass, Maple River and Rush River Water Resource <br />Districts.
