<br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mr. Vanyo seconded to add NE% 29-142-50 in
<br />Gardner Township as omitted property for 2003 in the amount of $83,000
<br />residential structures, according to notice sent from the county auditor
<br />to Neal Monson Trust, Heartland Trust Co., Trustee, Fargo, North Dakota.
<br />On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously.

<br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mr. Vanyo seconded to add a 7.51 acre tract of 3-
<br />142-50 in Gardner Township as omitted property for 2003 in the amount
<br />of $83,000 total valuation (property is fully assessable), according to
<br />notice sent from the county auditor to Randy Zimprich, Gardner, North
<br />Dakota. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously.

<br />to Kory F. Miller, Chaffee, North Dakota. On roll call vote, the motion
<br />carried unanimously.

<br />Loberg, Chaffee, North Dakota. On roll call vote, the motion carried
<br />unanimously.

<br />the county auditor to Curtis Hogen Trust, clo Steve & Rodney Hogen,
<br />West Fargo, North Dakota. On roll call vote, the motion carried
<br />unanimously.

<br />the motion carried unanimously.

<br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mr. Vanyo seconded to authorize the closing of
<br />Cass County Highway 17 for the Horace Community celebration on
<br />August 16, 2003, from 9:00 AM to 1 :00 AM. On roll call vote, the motion
<br />carried unanimously.
