2003 Recommendations to Cass County Board of Equalization <br /> <br />It's my recommendation to increase all residential lot and structure assessments by the <br />amount listed below for the various jurisdictions. I've reviewed various statistics and <br />have reviewed the assessment rolls returned by the local boards and have spot checked <br />various properties. These increases are warranted to equalize the assessment.
