I'm also recommending making <br />individual changes in Alice City, rather than a percentage adjustment. I may be also <br />recommending other individual changes if discovered in the normal course of review. <br />It's my recommendation that the Board authorize me to send notices of increase to the <br />individuals affected and to reconvene the Board of Equalization on June 16® to hear any <br />appeals. <br /> <br />Suggested Motion: "I move that the Director of Equalization send any necessary <br />notices of increase to individual taxpayers and that the Board of Equalization <br />reconvene on June 16th ." <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
