<br />Mr. Pawluk moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to add Lot 19 Block 1,
<br />Woodbury Park Addition to the City of Fargo, as omitted property for 2005
<br />in the amount of $174,600, according to notice sent from the county
<br />auditor to T. Harlan and Linda Brekke, Fargo, North Dakota. On roll call
<br />vote, the motion carried unanimously.

<br />Mr. Pawluk moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to add Lot 2 Block 3,
<br />Woodbury Park Addition to the City of Fargo, as omitted property for 2005
<br />in the amount of $222,300, according to notice sent from the county
<br />auditor to John-Thomas and Becky Deitrich, Fargo, North Dakota. On roll
<br />call vote, the motion carried unanimously.

<br />2005 in the amount of $78,100, according to notice sent from the county
<br />auditor to David L. Jones, Fargo, North Dakota. On roll call vote, the
<br />motion carried unanimously.

<br />the amount of $123,000, according to notice sent from the county auditor
<br />to West Park II Investments LLC, Fargo, North Dakota. On roll call vote,
<br />the motion carried unanimously.

<br />9. PERMIT FOR RAFFLE, Approved for Hickson WELCA
<br />MOTION, passed
<br />Mr. Pawluk moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to approve a raffle permit
<br />for the Hickson WELCA to be held October 8, 2005, at the Hickson
<br />Community Center in Hickson, North Dakota. On roll call vote, the
<br />motion carried unanimously.

<br />10. BUILDINGS & GROUNDS, Budaet adiustmentlarant funds for carpet replacement
<br />MOTION, passed
<br />Mr. Pawluk moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to approve a budget
<br />adjustment for the courthouse buildings and grounds carpet budget
<br />(101-1503-411.47-02) in the amount of $44,819.60, for the grant received
<br />from the State of North Dakota and to adjust the revenue account (101-
<br />1001-335.55-05) in the same amount for the revenue side. On roll call
<br />vote, the motion carried unanimously.

<br />11. NORTH DAKOTA ASSOCIATION OF COUNTIES, Deleaate to state convention
<br />MOTION, passed
<br />Mr. Pawluk moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to appoint Charlotte
<br />Sandvik as Cass County's delegate to the North Dakota Association of
<br />Counties Convention to be held October 9-11, 2005, at the Ramkota
<br />Hotel, Bismarck, North Dakota, and to pay the registration from the
<br />commission budget. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously.
