<br />West 2nd Addition to the City of Fargo, as omitted property for 2005 in the
<br />amount of $258,500, according to notice sent from the county auditor to
<br />Dakota Development Construction Inc., Fargo, North Dakota. On roll call
<br />vote, the motion carried unanimously.
