<br />Mr. Pawluk moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to add part of Lot 9 Block 3,
<br />Osgood Townsite 1st Addition to the City of Fargo, as omitted property
<br />for 2005 in the amount of $18,900, according to notice sent from the
<br />county auditor to Michael Laverdure, Fargo, North Dakota. On roll call
<br />vote, the motion carried unanimously.

<br />Mr. Pawluk moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to add part of Lot 3 Block 3,
<br />Osgood Townsite 1st Addition to the City of Fargo, as omitted property
<br />for 2005 in the amount of $21,000, according to notice sent from the
<br />county auditor to Pawell and Magdalena Borowicz, Fargo, North Dakota.
<br />On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously.
