NORTH DAKOTA INSURANCE RESERVE FUND, Proxy vote at annual meetina MOTION, passed Mrs. Sorum moved and Mr. Bennett seconded to authorize the chairman to sign the proxy vote for the North Dakota Insurance Reserve Fund annual meeting to be held May 8, 2003, at the Ramkota Inn, Bismarck, North Dakota. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. 14. NORTH DAKOTA RECORDERS INFORMATION NETWORK, Budaet adiustment MOTION, passed Mrs. Sorum moved and Mr. Bennett seconded to approve increasing the contract services line item in the 2003 NDRIN budget by $34,248. The NDRIN budget has been self-funded since its inception, and this proposed budget adjustment would not affect the long-term funding of the NDRIN project. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. 15. CONTRACT APPROVAL, Farao Moorhead Metropolitan Council of Governments: North Dakota Department of Transportation Traffic Safety Grant for Sheriff's Department. two construction/maintenance aareements. and annual maintenance certification for Hiahway Department: Mark Beauchene: Farao Public School: Sprinavale Cemetery MOTION, passed Mrs. Sorum moved and Mr. Bennett seconded to approve the following contracts submitted by respective department heads, subject to state's attorney approval, and authorize the chairman to sign: On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously.
