This award is limited to approved personal <br />protection, detection, decontamination and communication equipment. <br /> <br />The award document constitutes the operative document obligating and reserving <br />the Federal funds for use by the Cass Co Sheriff's Department in execution of the <br />award. The Cass Co Sheriffs Department should affirm its timely utilization of <br />the award by signing the award document within 45 days from the date of the <br />award. <br /> <br />The Cass Co Sheriffs Department will follow the approved 2002 equipment <br />budget (attachment A).
