o <br /> <br />The Cass Co Sheriff's Department shall be paid only upon receipt of final invoice <br />verifying proof of payment and receipt of equipment. <br /> <br />The Cass Co Sheriff's Department will report expenditures for purchase of such <br />equipment to ND DEM on a quarterly basis beginning 3-31-2003 until the end of <br />the award period. <br /> <br />Acceptance of the award requires compliance with OMB A133 Guidelines. In <br />addition, the Cass Co Sheriffs Department, upon accepting the award, agrees to <br />complete and keep on file, as appropriate the Immigration and Naturalization <br />Service Employment Eligibility Verification form (1-9). <br /> <br />If the project is not operational within 60 days of the original start date of the <br />award period, the Cass Co Sheriffs Department must report by letter to ND DEM <br />the steps taken to initiate the project, the reasons for delay, and expected start <br />date. <br /> <br />Authorized Recipient Representative <br /> <br /> State Director <br />(Homeland Security Coordinator) <br /> <br /> <br />
