METRO FLOOD DIVERSION PROJECT <br /> <br /> <br />TAG_CONTRACTINGRECOMMENDATION_MFDA-HMG-TO07A6_2016-1018 1 <br />Technical Advisory Group Recommendation Meeting Date: 10/19/2016 <br />RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: <br />The Technical Advisory Group has reviewed and recommends approval of the following Contract Action(s). <br />SUMMARY OF CONTRACTING ACTION: <br />The Owner’s Representative prepared the following Contract Action(s) for the Technical Staff team: <br />List description of Contract Action(s): <br />Houston-Moore Group, LLC <br />Task Order 7, Amendment 6 – Recreation and Use Master Plan and Design $128,703 <br /> Add design services for the Oxbow Park Relocation detailed design <br /> Add services for preparation of National Park Service’s Section 6(f) conversion submittal <br /> Extend POP for subtask C to March 31, 2017 <br />Background: <br />Under Task Order 7, Houston‐Moore Group, LLC (HMG) is responsible for continuing development of the <br />Recreation and Use Master Plan for the Diversion Project, including preliminary and final design development for <br />right and left band Excavated Material Berm (EMB) grading, along with WP‐42 and WP‐43 recreational features <br />design support services.
