<br />Commission Minutes--November 18, 2002 2533 <br /> <br />2002 in the amount of $41,800, according to notice sent from the county <br />auditor to Adamar Development of Fargo, North Dakota. On roll call vote, <br />the motion carried unanimously. <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to add Lot 42 Block 1, <br />Woodbury Park Addition to the City of Fargo, as omitted property for <br />2002 in the amount of $48,600, according to notice sent from the county <br />auditor to Adamar Development of Fargo, North Dakota. On roll call vote, <br />the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />8. ROAD DEPARTMENT, Federal aid proiects for 2003-2005 <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to authorize the <br />chairman to sign a letter, prepared by the County Highway Engineer, to <br />Dave Leftwich of the North Dakota Department of Transportation <br />regarding 2003-2005 federal aid projects. On roll call vote, the motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />9. ROAD DEPARTMENT, Purchase order for entrance Qate and fence <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to authorize the <br />chairman to sign a bid proposal and purchase order in the amount of <br />$17,416.00 for the entrance gate and fence at the Cass County Highway <br />Department with Dakota Fence Company. On roll call vote, the motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />10. INFORMATION SERVICES, Disposal of outdated computer equipment <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to dispose of outdated <br />personal computers through North Dakota Surplus Properties, or other <br />computer dealer, according to a letter from the county auditor dated <br />November 8, 2002. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />11. SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT, Approve purchase of patrol vehicles <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to authorize the <br />Sheriff's Department to purchase three 2003 Dodge Intrepid patrol cars at <br />$16,768 each, for a total of $50,304.00, with funds coming from the 2003 <br />budget. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />12. NORTH DAKOTA EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT, PlanninQ Qrant funds <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to authorize Greg <br />McDonald, Cass County Emergency Manager, to apply for and receive <br />planning grant funds from the North Dakota Division of Emergency <br />Management, and to authorize the chairman to sign the application <br />and/or award for said funds. On roll call vote, the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />
