Upon reconvening, Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Larson <br />seconded to approve the Building Authority action on Change Order <br />M -1 in the amount of $10,708.00 for the dry standpipe system, and <br />to approve the lease agreement with the Cass County Building Authority <br />in the amount of $48,000.00 for the Road Department computer equipment. <br />On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Eckert moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded to approve Change <br />Order G -9 in the amount of $8,533.00 for the Courthouse remodeling <br />project. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Eckert seconded that the County <br />Treasurer be authorized to purchase new book binders from the Knight <br />Printing Company in the amount of $2,790.70, to be paid from <br />Extra Ordinary Outlay. On roll call vote, the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Administrative Assistant Scott Krueger reported that he <br />discussed the County's liability insurance coverage with Robert Dawson <br />of the Dawson Insurance Agency, and was informed that any agency or <br />individuals under the County's supervision or control are covered <br />under the County's liability insurance policy.
