Mr. Sondrall felt that the Auditor should receive a minimum increase <br />of $30.00 per month. <br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve 1986 <br />salaries for the States Attorney, Sheriff, Treasurer, Clerk of <br />District Court, Child Support Enforcement Schools, Director of Tax <br />Equalization and County Judges according to the schedule presented <br />on this date. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded that the salary <br />for the Administrative Assistant be increased from $23,800.00 to <br />$26,659.00, retroactive to January 1, 1985; with reimbursement to <br />the Cass County Building Authority in the amount of $2,833.84 by March <br />31, 1986; and that he be raised one pay grade on the Novak Study to <br />department head status. Upon roll call vote, the motion carried with <br />three members voting "Aye Mr. Eckert voting "No <br />Mr. Sondrall moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded that the County <br />Auditor receive a $30.00 per month increase for a total of $31,380.00 <br />annually. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />Becky Balk, County Planner, and Fred Selberg, Chairman of the <br />Cass County Planning Commission, stated that a public hearing was <br />held on January 14, 1986, on the proposed Amended Platting Land <br />Subdivision Regulations for Cass County, and it was approved by the <br />Planning Commission. Mrs. Balk stated that the statutes give the <br />County Board authority to establish a fee for publication of public <br />hearings on plats. <br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Eckert seconded that the Cass County <br />Commission set a fee of $7.50 per line for the newspaper advertisement <br />of public hearings for subdivisions in the rural areas On roll call <br />vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Eckert moved and Mr Sondrall seconded to adopt the "Amended <br />Platting and Land Subdivision Regulations for Cass County, North <br />Dakota On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />Discussion was held on the job description for the Data Processing <br />Manager. Mr. Eckert suggested that this department be under the <br />supervision of the Administrative Assistant rather than creating a <br />new department. Mrs. Stanton felt that the department should operate <br />independently. Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to <br />approve the position title and job description for the Data Processing <br />Manager, as outlined in a report dated January 24, 1986. On roll <br />call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Sondrall moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve the <br />Application for a Raffle Permit for the Brewer Lake Gun Club once <br />each week from April 6, 1986 through June 30, 1986, at Erie, ND. <br />On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />
