Peter's Lutheran WELCA to be held October 5, 2002, at 51. Peter's <br />Lutheran Church in Leonard, North Dakota. On roll call vote, the motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />JAIL, Authorize chairman to sign purchase orders for janitorial supplies <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to authorize the <br />chairman to sign the purchase orders with Cole Papers for janitorial <br />supplies. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />9. <br /> <br />FLOOD BUYOUT PROPERTY, Authorize chaiIman_JO sign lease agreements for <br />properly in Highland Park <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to authorize the <br />chairman to sign the lease agreements with Daniel Currier, President of <br />the Highland Park Homeowners Association, for flood buyout property in <br />Highland Park. CONTRACT APPROVAL, North Dakota Information Technology Department; North <br />Dakota Department of Transportation <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to approve the <br />following contracts submitted by respective department head, subject to <br />state's attorney approval, and authorize the chairman to sign: North <br />Dakota Information Technology Department for fiber lease agreement <br />and North Dakota Department of Transportation for a road project on 1-94 <br />north in Mapleton. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />11. JAIL, Prisoner boarding rates established for 2003 <br />Sheriff Don Rudnick was present and said new prisoner boarding rates are needed for the <br />new jail. He said the current rate is $55 per day. Auditor Mike Montplalsir prepared figures <br />and used $60 per day. The sheriff feels $60 per day will be sufficient for 2003. <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Sorum moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to establish a dally rate <br />for boarding prisoners in the Cass County Jail at $60 per day for the 2003 <br />calendar year. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />12. VOUCHERS, Approved <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to approve Voucher <br />No. 166,096 through No. 166,583.
