<br />RECEIVED <br /> <br />JUN 15 2005 2005 Recommendations to Board of Equalization <br />CASS COUNTY COMMISSION Amended 6-16-2005 <br /> <br />Suggested Motion: "I move that the Christopher Gibbons Assessment be set at <br />$24,000, as recommended by the West Fargo City Assessor and the Director of <br />Equalization." <br /> <br />It's my recommendation to increase the assessments by the amounts listed below for the <br />various jurisdictions. I've reviewed the statistics and assessment rolls and have spot- <br />checked various assessments.
