The West Fargo Assessor and I concur that
the valuation should be adjusted (see letter from Wanda Wilcox).

I'm also recommending that the residential valuations of 25 cities and
townships be increased. Some jurisdictions increase their assessments to
market value, whereas others make minimal or no increases. It then
becomes necessary for the county to equalize among the jurisdictions. This
is why I'm recommending no adjustments for certain districts, and
differing adjustments for other jurisdictions.

I'm still reviewing the assessments of other townships and cities. I'm
asking that the board of equalization recess until July 5th to allow me
additional time to send any necessary notices of increase.

Sincerely,

~~X~

Frank Klein
Cass County Director of Equalization

Enclosures (2)
