<br />o BRONZE PLAN: ACI will provide one (1) routine maintenance visit to your <br />facility on a date to be scheduled 30 days prior to the request site visit date. <br /> <br />In addition to the one routine maintenance visit, ACI will provide unscheduled <br />online, office hour and after-hour telephone technical assistance, on-site <br />maintenance, inspection and adjustments to all security automation system <br />components on a time and material basis. All service under this plan will be <br />provided and billed per hour, travel and per diem as referenced in (Schedule A). <br /> <br />Service and maintenance under this plan includes the audio/intercom, door <br />control/monitoring, VGUI or touch screen operator station, network switching <br />equipment, CCTV equipment systems, and all other security devices installed by <br />ACI, wire/cable terminations and/or connections in association with the systems <br />provided by ACI. <br /> <br />Also included as part of the Bronze Plan, ACI will service door control hardware <br />installed by others on a time and material basis only. See Attached Time and <br />Material (Schedule A), <br /> <br />Under this plan, all maintenance and service will be handled within a period of 10 <br />business days from the time of call, <br /> <br />6 MONTH CONTRACT: <br /> <br />$2,450.00 <br /> <br />SECTION 2 - Term of Agreement <br /> <br />Client agrees to hire ACI to perform the services and work as stated in Section 1 <br />of this contract for a period of six (6) months from the effective start date of the <br />contract. <br /> <br />Maintenance and Service Agreement may be renewed between Client and ACI <br />thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of subject contract. Terms and Conditions <br />of extended contract are subject to change and will be presented to the Client in a <br />new Maintenance and Service Agreement offered by ACI at that time. <br /> <br />SECTION 3 - Payment Terms <br /> <br />3,1 ACI's payment terms shall be as follows: <br />a. All payments to ACI shall be made within a 30 day period from date <br />of invoice. Ifpayment is not made within 45 days from date of <br />invoice, ACI will assess a 2% late fee penalty to the outstanding <br />balance. <br /> <br />b. Under the Gold and Silver Plans, billing shall be as follows: <br />1, 6 Month Plan: Shall be billed in full at initiation of contract. <br />
