<br />Any additional equipment costs over ACI's maximum coverage levels, <br />any emergency visits and door hardware service work will be invoiced <br />at the time of the service call. <br /> <br />c. Under the Bronze Plan, ACI will bill the Client for all full payment at <br />the initiation ofthe contract. <br /> <br />3.2. Late fees may be subject to increase. <br /> <br />3,3 ACI is entitled to actual attorney's fees, court costs, and all other <br />additional expenses of collection if ACI has to incur the same to pursue <br />collection for any breach of this contract by Client. <br /> <br />SECTION 4 - Maintenance Services <br /> <br />4.1 In case of emergency, ACI will promptly respond to the Client's call for <br />services and an emergency call-out telephone contact number will be <br />provided and manned 24 hours a day throughout the contract. Onsite <br />services shall be provided within 24 hours as deemed required by ACI. <br /> <br />4.2 Except in emergency, maintenance services will normally be carried out <br />between the hours of7:30 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays. <br /> <br />4.3 Major maintenance services will be undertaken during hours as agreed in <br />advance between the Client and ACI. <br /> <br />SECTION 5 - Standard of Services <br /> <br />5.1 All services to be undertaken by ACI shall be carried out by competent <br />and properly trained personnel of ACI to the highest standards and to the <br />reasonable satisfaction of the Client. All services, materials, and <br />components shall conform to relevant manufacturers' and equipment <br />suppliers' specifications, and all materials and spare parts shall be obtained <br />from the original equipment manufacturers or from suppliers approved by <br />them. <br /> <br />5.2 Accurate Controls, Inc. will not replace or warrant hardware, which is <br />damaged due to negligence, fire, natural disasters or vandalism. <br /> <br />SECTION 6 - Unacceptable Services or Contractor's Personnel <br /> <br />6.1 Any services which are not performed in accordance with the <br />requirements of the Contract shall, upon request by Client, promptly be re- <br />performed free of charge. <br /> <br />6.2 Any personnel of ACI who are, in the Client's reasonable opinion, <br />incompetent or in any other way unacceptable shall promptly be replaced <br />by acceptable personnel at no cost to the Client. <br />
